This statement applies to all activities carried out by Draga and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Draga”; “we”), or other entities acting on our behalf.
Our commitments
Draga is committed to ensuring protection of personal data and thus your privacy in accordance with the applicable legal framework, in particular with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which has been included in Norwegian legislation (ref. “Lov om behandling av personopplysninger (personopplysningsloven)”).
Purposes of personal data processing
Personal data is collected and processed for marketing or business purposes with Draga acting as data controller.
Our use of personal data for these purposes is based on prior consent, which is granted through your use of these web pages, by sending emails or electronic messages to our employees or by phone calls. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Our collection and processing of personal data is limited to:
- Your name,
- Your (job) function/role,
- Your contact details (Address, Email address, Telephone).
We will also keep track of our evolving communication with you.
Data retention period
Your personal data is kept for the duration of the business relationship that is established between yourself and Draga. The contents of business-related communication may be kept longer, for reference for further marketing purposes.
Access to data
Your personal data is accessible to Draga personnel and allows these to develop our business relationships.
In cases where Draga employs external data processors to work on our behalf, data transfers or exchanges are limited to what is strictly necessary for the purposes of the work carried out by the external party, and are carried out in compliance with the purposes of the processing, with the protection of your personal data guaranteed. With this exception, Draga does not sell or disclose your personal data to any third party unless this is agreed with you.

Non-disclosure
All Draga employees and sub-contracted personnel sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement when joining the company. This NDA also includes the protection and privacy of personal data, including yours.
Responsible person
Draga’s General Manager/CEO is responsible for all our storage and processing of personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to the data being used for marketing purposes. You may exercise these rights at any time by sending an e-mail to info@draga.no. Draga will respond to such demands without undue delay, and in any case within one month.
Complaints
Draga is committed to respecting your rights related to your personal data. Anyone who considers that our processing activities infringes their rights, may file a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (“Datatilsynet”).
